Sundari Ampikaipakan Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital

Dr Sundari Ampikaipakan is Consultant Respiratory Physician at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital where she is currently the Service Director and Lead clinician for secondary care in respiratory medicine for the University of East Anglia. She has most recently helped lead the evolution of the respiratory virtual ward at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital in response to the Covid Pandemic having frontline for 2 and a half years. Prior to her return to the UK in 2019, Dr Sundari was Consultant Respiratory Physician at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur and is co-founder of Asthma Malaysia. She is no stranger to the Malaysian Thoracic Society having previously participated in numerous meetings. Her special interests include airways disease, pulmonary hypertension and sleep medicine.
