Ahmad Izuanuddin Ismail UiTM Sungai Buloh

Associate Professor Dr Ahmad Izuanuddin Ismail is a Respiratory Physician in the Faculty of Medicine Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and is currently the Deputy Director (Clinical) in Hospital Al-Sultan Abdullah UiTM. He is the current Vice President for the Malaysian Thoracic Society. He has been a member of the FCCP (USA) since 2013 and FAPSR since 2019. He was trained in University of Dublin, graduating in 2002, completed his MRCP (Ireland) in 2007 and Respiratory Subspecialty Training in 2012. As a researcher, he had received many grants, led many international researches as principle investigator and published 61 articles in index journals. His works was recognized by various awards including International Grant Excellence Award in 2016 and iidex GOLD Award in 2020. As a speaker, he had been regularly invited both locally and internationally presenting various topics including Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and his niche, Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
